Hi Everyone!
Thank you taking the time to read Becoming Amazon. My name is Robyn Lynn and I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 39. I was fit, athletic, healthy and had no lumps, signs or risk factors. I had done everything right. I was less than 1mm from having stage 4 cancer and I would not have known. My guardian angels sent me to the doctor and I am forever grateful to them. Because it was all so sudden and dramatic – and because I am obsessively self-exploratory, I started writing about the experience. Please read the very first entry titled: BECOMING AMAZON to understand where this writing journey began.
This blog is about the things before cancer that got me to this place, what cancer taught me , and a multitude of lessons and reflections as I create a more heart-centered life . This is not just a “cancer blog” although cancer survivors will find a lot of support here. It is my hope that we ALL can begin to make the necessary changes in our lives to live from a freer, happier place without ever having had to suffer a life-threatening illness/disease . It is titled BECOMING Amazon because I am in the process of embodying the concept of warrior … it is not just about the fight, it is about the living. And every day I am becoming…..
By writing about my thoughts and experiences I hope that someone else’s path will be smoother. Please feel free to leave comments or contact me through the blog. I am especially always willing to talk to anyone impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis, so please pass this on to anyone you think needs it.
NAMASTE!

Hi Robyn,
I spoke with your mom the other day and see told me about your site, so I thought I would check it out. What a great way to help other people and turn a less than positive experience into something wonderful. It sounds like you are still the same positive person that you have been since the day I met you years ago.
A BIG hug to you !!
Denny
You go girl!!!!
